You know the deal: good food, good beer.
The Hoppin’ Frog Barrel Aged Naked Evil was the result of one of two [through-the-mail] beer trades I’ve ever done. I’ve probably had it cellared for a year and a half. I loved the affect the Belgian yeast had on the beer.
The Breakside Brewery Bourbon Barrel-Aged Aztec I’ve had since I picked it up in Bend over the summer. This was a delicious combination of chocolate and chilies. Really enjoyed this beer, too. I probably should’ve moved it to the fridge an hour or two earlier, though.
